Want to Get Credit for Interning Abroad?

Global Experiences was founded in 2001 to provide life changing global experiences for young professionals like University of Arkansas students. We were one of the first internship abroad providers and we have helped build this new area of study abroad and career development.

Global Experiences was founded on the idea that an international experience is one of the most rewarding investments in one’s life. We have over 7000 alumni of our program who are now using their internship abroad experience to make more informed choices for their career. In a recent survey, we found that 95% of our alumni report feeling more confident and prepared for their professional life due to their participation in our program. Let us help you have an amazing adventure abroad while building up your resume and professional skills to set yourself apart from your peers!

Yes, I'm interested.

University of Arkansas Partnership

All Razorbacks have the opportunity to intern abroad with Global Experiences, and the Study Abroad Office has also developed customized programs depending on students’ majors like Apparel Merchandising & Product Design and Communications. Use the Campus Contacts information to connect with the right person on your campus.

Opportunities are available across all colleges and majors, and can be credit bearing.

Summer programs are 8 – 10 weeks and semester programs are 12 – 15 weeks depending on location.

Language proficiency is not required and in non-English speaking locations language courses are part of the program. Students participate in a Career Development Program and are matched individually to an internship approved by the Study Abroad office and relevant faculty from their college.

Razorbacks receive a $500 discount on all GE program fees. Program fees can be viewed here.
